You yourself stylishly bring on tribalism
My brother tribalism is inherent in us owing to our tribes and roots.

But what am saying is let's keep it aside for once and focus on national interests. We exalt regional and tribal interest over national interest in this nation.

And that's one major thing that has kept us this backward.

I don't know how Innoson plans to initiate a case in a public court and conclude it without the knowledge of its opponents- EFCC, Police, GTB etc. Even most courts are unwilling to grant exparte orders because of the abuse inherent.
But my concern now is that Innoson has bought itself a bag of trouble by claiming that it withdrew its case from a particular court because the sitting judge was "compliant". The company will have to prove this damaging allegation before the National Judicial Council, ICPC and other law enforcement agencies.

I wonder how many fraud Dangote, otedola and Adenuga has committed that was swept under the carpet.

The level of tribalism, suspicion and hatred we share in this country is alarming.

I have a Yoruba friend who will always scream if I bring an Igbo man to do business with him.

Pls we need to kill this tribalism, suspicion and hatred if we want to progress in this nation.

Is there no beter way to handle this misunderstanding?
If it was Dangote or Otedola will this case be handled this way?
So you're stylishly admitting fraud On innoson's part abi? You dy confess small small. undecided

Igbos are too ethnic inclined , i can remember when EFCC arrested Adenuga nobody was crying tribalism. Nah una sabi shaa

Your post lacks substance.
Weren't you guys shouting boycott GTB days ago?
It is getting clearer everyday who the real criminal in that transaction was.
We are approaching a new year bro.
Ask God to give you sense. I just confirmed your folly.

Innoson said he won 2 cases against GTB in both the high court and court of appeal, and the bank's appeal is at the supreme court now. How was Innoson able to secure victories in both high courts and court of appeal if he was guilty? Mind you that so far, nobody has refuted that claim.
Isn't it possible that this pending case is a different issue. Isn't it possible that because Innoson won them in the appeal court and may likely win again in Supreme Court, GTB in a bid to nail him alerted EFCC on a shady deal Innoson did in the past which they were aware of? Go and read that statement from GTB and gain insight over this.

GTB had better settle this issue! Many who didn't know GTB as ''Yoruba BANK'', have known that, and have begun to remember one or two mistreatments they'd received therefrom, and had started transferring their cash out of GTB. It's not a matter for children typing from TECNO phones. GTB will feel what I'm saying from next year. Other banks are even jubilant about this, just to let u know. You know where your main customers are from statistically.

Some people that always hate anything 'Igbo will never reconcile that. They are only hammering on allegation that have not been judge by any competent Court. If we should believe Gtbank for their claims Innosson is will pay them #2 billion while Gtbank will pay innosson #10 billions. But tribal haters here here is not talking of fraudrant withdrawal of 500,000,000 from someone is account which Gtbank accepted. Is it because it is an individual? Efcc never arrested the owner of Gtbank.

If it is easy for your brothers to get easy loan or to fraud financial institutions from your region to death why did they not go to Fidelity Bank or even Delta Ibo banks & fraud them to death. I remember how many of them contributed to the death of so many banks in Nigeria that have South West founders.

You people are born propaganda specialist spreading false information everywhere. You claimed FG also killed Ibeto Cement business to create Monopoly for Dangote. You spread all form of falsehood. Your people are racists.

Some years ago Barr Babalakin (SAN) had problem with GT Bank he never ignored EFCC. Several years ago, Late Chief Charles Joseph the founder of Mobitel Nigeria had problem with Intercontinental Bank, he lost his life in that crisis in his office in V.I ., there are several other cases. One thing in all this is that all the parties are yorubas. Yorubas have no tribal sentiments attached to issue of national importance or issue requiring intelligence solutions.

Some years ago (2004) , a friend of mine who was in charge of the audit department of a bank in region complained about business men from East crippling the bank with loan the bank finally died.

Innocent seems not to be innocent in this case afterall.
He definitely has something to hide.
How is GTB preventing you from suing EFCC for infringing of your fundamental human right and possibly claiming damages?
Hope the tribal warlords that open their mouths to wide radi to turn this to a tribal war have seen their folly.

Why wouldn't you struggle to understand when your head is full of akamu.

Why did GTB file a counter affidavit against a case that they were not a party to? Na so trouble go dey e own, yanga go wake am.

What was GTB business with a court case between Innoson and EFCC that did not involve them?

A clear conscience fears no accusation.

Moreover is the fraud case not the same case filed by the IGP in 2012?

If nothing came out of it then, what do you think would come out of it in 2017?

Abi did it take them 5 years to find fresh evidence?

This 11b GTB does not want to pay, they'd pay it. No amount of propaganda would sway the decision of the Supreme Court Justices.

Let GTB go and convince the Supreme Court why two separate court judgments to pay Innoson should be reduced or vacated.

All this venting on NL does nothing.
