I don't know how Innoson plans to initiate a case in a public court and conclude it without the knowledge of its opponents- EFCC, Police, GTB etc. Even most courts are unwilling to grant exparte orders because of the abuse inherent. But my concern now is that Innoson has bought itself a bag of trouble by claiming that it withdrew its case from a particular court because the sitting judge was "compliant". The company will have to prove this damaging allegation before the National Judicial Council, ICPC and other law enforcement agencies.
