Stop trying to mislead. Why quote Oct 2014 reserves instead of May 2015 Reserves.

GEJ handed over to Buhari in End of May 2015. The reserves decline massively from Oct2014 at the 35bn you quoted to 28bn in May 2015. GEJ used alot of it to please people for election.

Why is buhari choosing only November and December of this year? Foreign reserve once stood at $62 billion during GEJ and Yaraduas tenure in 2008. Let's look at the figures again after buhari's tenure and not picking and choosing what to count as achievement.
