The alarming incident was captured on witness Robb Brilbeck's dash cam as he was waiting patiently behind the vehicle in Rockford on December 23. The car was moving rapidly while the driver's door remained open and the person soon after crashed into an embankment. Even worse, the SUV slammed into another car on the road, but luckily flew over the smaller vehicle, rather the crashing.
