Recently, I am writing an ebook about How to Control Your Sexual Urge, targeted at men but it will also help women, I hope this ebook will be reviewed by ilegendd.

Here is something I will include in the ebook that I decided to share with you guys.

This is mostly for those guys and ladies that are below 25, but other adults can learn from this too.

So why is Konji so hard to control (especially for the guys).

Controlling sexual urge is all about the brain and the mind. People with stronger minds and control over the bodies can dispel sexual urge and keep themselves pure. But when you are below 25, it becomes a problem.

For young adolescents and young adults, the age of puberty and sexual maturity comes with a strong sexual urge and interest. At these age young adolescents develop sexual feelings which are influenced by cultural norms, sex education provided, sexual orientation and social controls e.g age of consent laws.

So why is it so hard to control

The brain of a young adolescent and adult is not neurally mature (your brain becomes fully matured at age 25). Several brain region that are deemed important for self-control, delayed gratification, risk analysis and appreciation are not fully matured until you are aged 25.

So if your urge feels so uncontrollable, its partially because the parts of your brain that give you full control of your sexual desires are not fully matured yet.

If you add that to the cultural norms we have today, where most movies are filled with naked scenes promoting nudity and most girls dress half naked and where sex is a normal thing of the day all that makes plus the fact that your brain is not full matured makes it harder for you to control your sexual feelings.

So how can I control my sexual urges easily?

My ebook is still unfinished and once I am done, I hope it will help everyone move beyond that barrier of brain maturity to help them control their sexual urges and live a wonderful life.

the reason why men find it so hard to control the sexual urge is that Society played a game on men.
it has nothing to do with brain maturity but everything to do with psychological manipulation.
1.our ancestors lived among women who walked around half n@ked.but the sex urge was under control.that point of nud.i.ty on the media as an influencing factor goes out of the window.
the mind game that was played on men is that when whites came to Africa they clothed up our women.and that automatically made nake.d.ness desirable by the fact that it was forbidden.when our female ancestors walked around half nake.d it meant that only the pvssy was of value.after whites made them cover up,on top of the pvssy, nake.d.ness also became valuable. now you see men go to strip clubs to pay to watch women walk around in panties,the very same thing our forefathers saw everyday with no stress and no paying.and the men who work in strip clubs dont find nake.d.ness special coz they see it daily.just like our ancestors did.
2.men have been conditioned to think of themselves as worth something only if they are powerful sexually.women may think that double standard " Men are studs,women are Sluts" hurt them.but the truth is it does more damage to the men than the women.it forces all men to aim for the Stud Standard or they are nothing.which breeds a generation of insecure males obsessed with Dick Size and Erection Issues.
its as damaging as that stereotype that Black Men are Hung. that pushes all black men to desire mandingo's dick to feel they "measure up".and any black man who is avarage endowed becomes done for.and rediculed.
3.it is in Society's best interests that men be potrayed as forever h0rny coz it places them directly under the power of women as they seek to satisfy the sex urge.more and more research is coming out that proves women are actually the Studs and have far stronger sex urges than men ever will.women's bodies are soft but durable.a woman can marry 5 men and satisfy them each daily.but a man with 5 women allocates a day for each wife. feminists have long claimed the Patriarchy has been suppressing female sexuality, keeping it under lock and key.and they are right.Female Sexuality unleashed is a force this world can not survive.its a game changer.so men imprisoned the female sex urge for reasons of ego and society's stability.
women still outsmarted men thou on that one coz they taught each other one thing that men didnt teach each other: Self -Control. that meant that when it came to sex men "blinked first" or appeared more desperate for it, giving all power to women, who acted as if they didnt want sex, yet were dying for dick.

to cure men of this percieved uncontrollable sex urge will need men to unlearn so much of what has been taught them-beginning with lessons on self-control. coz if women can be taught self-control so can men.

Controlling your sexual urges when you are a virgin is hard but possible, but once you experiment, mehn their is no going back, it takes more than double the previous effort to keep free from sex

The media and the ladies who bombs us daily with graphic sexual images do not even make it easier...
