1. Social Media/ Ecommerce Site Handler (SMT/001)
i. Female with a good first degree
ii. Managing the procedures and logistics of the firm ecommerce site.
iii. Excellent customer care skills through which you manage orders through phones and email.
iv. Good interpersonal skills
v. Good with social media especially Instagram maintaining firm’s online presence.

Sales/ Marketing Personnel (SMT/002)
i. Ensuring high level of customer satisfactions through excellent sales services
ii. Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
iii. Welcoming customer to the store and answering queries
iv. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
v. Remain knowledgeable on product offered and discuss available option
vi. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
vii. Team up with co-worker to ensure proper customer services.
