The MOBO awards isn't really a big deal. It's an award given by the British music industry to celebrate black people and only upcoming acts really attend. The biggest awards are the Grammys, brit, AMAs, VMAs. But I guess it's still something for them to have won it

As for the billboard charts, it tracks all song and album popularity in the US which is the biggest music market in the world and hence making it the most important music chart as well.
Nicki has never had a #1 there but she's had numerous top 10 and top 20 hits which still back her claims up that she's indeed huge
