So i took an injection for malaria since 2009 and i have been having severe pain on that spot whenever i sit up.and i have noticed a little lump there i dont know. Okay make it a duty to massage it with ice block everyday. You'll be fine. If not for anything else, but because I said so |

Use joy soap to rub on it gently every nyt and also use ice block. |
