The carnage at the door ; the northern Conspiracy

It is no longer news that the federal government is heeding to the demands of the killer herdsmen. Today i will like to write a critical analysis of why this is nothing but a planned conspiracy by the northern elites

Every single day of 2018, Fulani herdsmen have killed, maimed, mutilated and rendered people family less in the middle belt region and in southern Nigeria.

But why?

They are waging wars against the host communities which they find themselves.

What do they want?
They want a portion of land allocated to them to enable them graze their cattle

IS THE SOUTHERNERS / MIDDLE BELT PEOPLE AGAINST THE REARING OF CATTLE?

NO!! Do don't mind as long as it doesn't affect their own means of lively hood.

Has the Herdsmen caused damage to the livelihood of the host communities?
YES!!, farm lands have been eaten into, life has been lost.

What solution are they offering to the host communities?

Give us a portion of land

But is it constitutional to give a portion of land to people who are bent on killing you?

WHAT IS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SAYING?

The federal government wants to give 5000 hectares of land from every state to the herdsmen

Will that solve the problem?

No!! The herdsmen are nomads, will they roam within this confines for ever?
No!! Settlements will definitely be formed and more land will be needed, And then what?
Besides, the herdsmen are not compatible with the live style of the host communities. They differ greatly in religious and moral views. The communities will also have it against them for taking their land.. Land they do not have in excess. Conflict will always happen in the future.

Where is the conspiracy here?

This is only a planned invasion by the northern elites. Remember the Pro Biafra agenda, it is still fresh in their memory. There is more than enough land and grasses in the northern hemisphere of Nigeria where the herdsmen share the same lifestyle and are very compatible.

This is only a calculated attempt the disrupt any separatist plans by southern Nigeria.

How? this colonies will form local governments and have elected reps in the future. The so called cattle colonies will not just be a few nomadic herdsmen but settlements will form, children will be born who will become citizens of the host state.

The northern elites know that in the future, the southern states will definitely get tired of being politically dominated especially as the call for restructuring has been silenced.

There know the States will come together as one and vote massively to form a new country. so this is kind of a last card, sow a negative seed among them.

We all know villages and local government areas in southern Nigeria do not constitute of a lot of people the range is from 500—2000 people, our way of life doesn't allow irresponsible child bearing and our population growth is very moderate in those areas.

The herdsmen on the other hand are not so, their life style and social circle Allows for as many children as possible including child marriages, etc

Besides the southern states are well watered, with luxuriant vegetation to allow the easy breading of those folks.

This is nothing more than an evil agenda.

Boko haram were not given land to form their own caliphate, so why give fulani herdsmen land to form Thiers?

No were in the Nigerian constitution is it written that the demands of a section of the country should be meet when they use violence. Especially when it involves taking land in areas that do not belong to them.

What is the way out?

The elected officials of the middle belt and southern states should vote massively against this plan. the federal government should give land for the so called colonies in the northern hemisphere of the country, they can do what ever it takes to assist them they. The cattle can be transported and sold from there.

The indigenes of the southern states should start rearing cattle too. Cattle rearing is a profitable business. In developed countries, people go to school to learn how to rear animals.
Creating competition can on its own do away with them.

No body deserves to die before a lesson is learnt. a word is enough for the wise

Valid Points.
Am not usually aligned to Conspiracy Theories, but given the way these things are playing out, one cannot but think there is a grand conspiracy by a Fed Govt headed by a Fulani man to use Federal apparatus to pave way and favour his kin and kith in a land grabbing scheme.
Firstly, how on earth can an group of people who are alleged to be Herdsmen from countries outside Nigeria be allowed to want to oppose constituted laws of a state, kill the indigens of the state in order to show their displeasure about the law and the FG sees nothing wrong in these?
Secondly, how can the FG be willing to spend tax payers monies to create Cattle colonies and provide high class amenities within these colonies where as the indiegens who pay taxes don't have these amenities? Besides aren't Cattle ownership private businesses? And more so, they don't even pay taxes.
Thirdly, I see the claims by the FG to allow the Army start Cattle Ranching as a Grand scheme to use the Military to muscle out communities and grab lands for Fulani herdsmen. The questions are: a, Aren't the Fulani dominant in the army? No wonder that Buhari has strategically made Northerners heads of the security outfits in the country as part of his grand scheme.
b, Can civil communities in the south oppose the Army or military outfits when the Army grab their communal lands?
Fourthly, why not concentrate on creating the Cattle Colonies in the North that are states of Fulani Herdsmen? Why create Cattle colonies in the south where cattle rearing is not and can never be part of their trade or occupation.

Lots of questions seeking answers. Buhari has so much destroyed and torn this country apart by his antics.
Only God that save Nigeria from the antics of Sani Abacha will save us from the subtle antics of Buhari.
God is watching him in HD. His time never come
