Job Description
We are looking to hire a Female Data Processor, to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

JOB FUNCTION
As the first business contact, we want a calm, courteous and professional personality whose responsibilities is listed below, among other duties.

• Answering Clients’ enquiries about our services
• Setting appointments by interacting with concerned units
• Filing and keeping variety of records in both hardward and software form
• Receiving and forwarding mails promptly

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
OND/NCE/B.Sc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Secretarial Studies, or Business Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
• Customer Relation attitude
• Data Entry Skills
• Record Keeping ability
• Respect for confidentiality
• Attentive to details
