In this historic case of incredible reality television and its accompanying life lessons, our man T.P. takes his soon-to-be ex-wife Rashida to court hoping the judge will compel her to return his Toyota Camry—pretty well-trodden ground for DC. But things get seriously bonkers—and fast—when Judge Lynn Toller asks what broke up their marriage.

Apparently, T.P. was just too nice to his wife. Chief among her grievances were that he said "I love you" too much—more than twice a week, according to Rashida—and that he was such a good cook, and cooked delicious meals for her so often, that she ended up gaining weight.

If this all sounds familiar, you may have seen the viral video that ensued when some visionary took the clip of Rashida complaining about her husband's too-good cooking and reintroduced it to social in short form. You probably remember this quote from Rashida on the daily hell that was living with her husband:

"The man can cook. Brother can throw down. But I mean, he cooked four course meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Two o'clock in the morning, if I was hungry he wouldn't fix me a sandwich—this man would make a whole meatloaf, potatoes and gravy, vegetables, a big stupid cup of Kool-Aid. I'd go to sleep right on that food and then get up in the morning and he done fixed French toast, pancakes, grits, biscuits, so now I'm laying on food on top of the food I just laid on a couple of hours ago."

TP Lucas brought his estranged wife, Rashida Lucas to Divorce Court for Judge Lynn Toler to hear their case. He claims that Rashida left one day with his 2000 Camry and never returned.

TP and Rashida Lucas were married for five years until the marriage abruptly ended, much to the surprise of TP. Without any warning or notice, Rashida left her one year old child with TP and drove off in his 2000 Camry. She did not come back home.

Judge Lynn Toler was as shocked as the audience to hear the rational of Rashida Lucas for leaving her husband. Rashida felt that after five years of marriage, TP was too nice of a husband. He told her he loved her every day, treated her children to previous men well and never was mean.

Judge Lynn told TP Lucas “You are a wonderful man and don’t let ungrateful women change who you are”.

TP had brought the case to the court to recoup the losses for the Camry, requesting to either have the car returned or the cash value. It turned out that Rashida no longer had the car in her possession.

The Judge seemed to be fed up with how Rashida was acting during the proceedings. Judge Lynn tells Rashida “You are trifling and small minded. How dare you be so self centered”

Judge Lynn Toler ruled the judgement in favor of TP Lucas in the amount of $2,500.

Surprisingly enough, TP stated to the cameras after the hearing that he would still take Rashida back.

It's not about ladies being confused or not knowing what they want. People that are too nice are sometimes seen as time bombs waiting to explode. They are obsessed, that they see no wrong in you.

These kinda partners can do and undo when angry.
This is what scares people, not the "niceness" itself.

This is just wrong. Such people are often not short tempered. Yes they may have bad temper but not short tempered.

Moreso, they do give repeated warning always, but because they seem to be very tolerant till you push them to the wall and they smack back, you will then start speaking about how nasty they can get.

They are very easy to deal with if you pay very close attention to what they want or when they voice their concerns.
