WANTED: Female Data Processor

We are looking to hire a Female Data Processor to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

JOB FUNCTION

As the first business contact, we want a calm, courteous and professional personality whose responsibilities is listed below, among other duties.

• Answering Clients’ enquiries about our services
• Setting appointments by interacting with concerned units
• Filing and keeping variety of records in both hardware and software form
• Processing all client data and presenting them in a manner that will be clear to the management
• Receiving and forwarding mails promptly

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT

OND/NCE/B.Sc in Mathematics, Statistics and any other data related qualification.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel in particular )
• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
• Customer Relation attitude
• Data Entry Skills
• Record Keeping ability
• Respect for confidentiality
• Attentive to details
