It's a decent alternative. It's not for me though. The modern design concepts are cool though. It's the type of stuff I like flipping through on freshhomes magazine on flipboard.

Well I don't consider myself a minimalist, but the lifestyle is awesome. A moderate way of life isn't tied in with fitting all your worldly possession into a solitary rucksack, it's about clearing the clutter from your life and altering your mindset so you can live with more purpose and peace.

Minimalist living means figuring out how to disengage yourself from what you own, and living is to a great extent about the search for contentment, and contentment starts with an appreciation for what you have.

THIS SHOULD REPLACE MUD HOUSE AND UNDER BRIDGE CRIBS, BUT WE NO GEH BETA LEADERS

Please don't try this in Nigeria. Kidnappers will kidnap the small building and the inhabitants with a lorry/caterpillar.

Good question because I don't see building this being less costly than building 3 bedroom apartment here in Nigeria.

these are lovely designs but with the issue of security in Nigeria... the curtain walling isn't that accepted by Nigerians. only for high rise buildings and moreover these houses are very easy to design and build but are still expensive.

If 911 emergency service isn't working in Nigeria, don't expect this to work, cuz you'll wine and dine and share your little crib with armed robbers, thieves and kidnappers.
