Thank you for the info.
I check the status of my fan id today, and they wrote: "in print".
Can I apply for the delivery to be my house address now or wait until the status turns to something else?

What was the cost of delivering it directly to your house?
They are already sending digital FAN ID via e mail. They will soon send you a link to download your digital FAN ID. You can use the digital to enter russia and when you get to russia you will collect the laminated one. See you in kalinigrad. By the way it is free of charge to your house via post office

Thanks, man!

Do you think it will be necessary for them to send it down to Nigeria when I have the intention of picking up the laminated copy in Russia?
Or I should just cancel delivery to VFS and change it to pick up in Russia.

I'm patiently waiting for the download link.

The process is very straightforward to employ the services of an agent, expect you're extremely busy to do it yourself.
Nevertheless, if you do not have the physical ticket yet, nothing to worry about. A lot of people don't have their printed ticket (especially those that didn't buy on time, myself included), but it doesn't stop them from attending the world cup. Just go with your ticket allocation confirmation, sent to your email by Fifa along with your fan id and you can pick up your printed tickets in Russia.

Thanks bro for the info i am kind of busy to do it myself...and the agent doesn't give me the ticket allocation confirmation

Ask him, and make sure the tickets were bought with your info.
It's either he gives you the printed tickets or tickets allocation confirmation so you can pick up the printed tickets when you get to Russia.
Without either of these, there will be a problem.

Special tickets are for people with special needs, it will be risky to get it if you're not in the same category.
Check Fifa official website for new drops 12 midnight upward.

Lagos to St. Petersburg confirm...

Welcome to the city of white night where the sun never goes down From late May to early July nights are bright in St Petersburg, but the real White Nights normally last from June 11 to July 2. The nature of the White Nights (Beliye Nochi) can be explained by the geographical location of St. Petersburg. It is the world's most northern city in Russia. This essentially means that from mid-May to July, the sun Never sets here. Interesting!!

You won't have a problem. Cancel the pickup date and leave it blank, when you get to Russia you can pick up your ticket from any of the distribution centers

Hi Guys,

Nice thread.. 2 of my friends and i will also be in Russia for the world cup, we have bought the 3 matches tickets, we are flying from S.A to Munich and from Munich Kallingrad for the matches.

I noticed Kalinngrad is about 4hours drive from warsaw, we are considering renting a car and driving down to warsaw for 2days before returning back to Kalinngrad and fly down to Volgograd on 22nd.

Also St Petersburg is about Helsinki is also about 4hours drive.. we feel we can also drive down to spend a day or two and tour Finland.

before back.. anybody here with similar plans, so that we can do the road trips together? or someone who has done those routes before? We are planning to get Multiple Schengen visas, so entries wont be a problem.

Any Nigerian in Helsinki and Warsaw who can point us where to go and hang out? We are entrepreneurs, we will love to look at possibilities , if any

Recommendation and suggestions will be appreciated

You should sort the schegen visa issue before looking for other people in that area , actually getting a schegen visa for ur trip could be tricky because there are other alternative route without the need for passing the schegen zone ..and about renting a car to cross international boarder ,please note russia is a total sperate country from main european country they have a different custom rules so pleaae contact car hire company ahead to be sure you can hire a car to cross international boarder..and from saint peteersburg no need stressing yourself with the long driving because there is a curise boat connecting saint peterburg to helsinki and you will enjoy it ..it travel over nigth from saint petersburg and u arrive helsinki in the morning (https://stpeterline.com) and it has option of trip to stocklum capital of sweden ,tallinn estonia and it return to russia.....if you can get a multi entry visa it will be a nice trip on the boat and it cheap ..you pay the same amount for the room on the curise boat..either you two or 4 people planning to stay together and the boat has eveeything from gym to club swimming pool casino ,you have option of returning same day in the evening or you choose the round trip going further to sweden and estonia and the boat stay in thoes countries till evening so you have option to tour arround..and one more thing you could face some stict checking crossing from russia to europe it due to the fact many illegal immigrant including nigerians use that route so please be calm if you are faced with many questing so far all your documrnt are geniune you will be allowed to pass ..and you can also check https://luxexpress.eu/en it for bus travel too to russia too ,i do not live in helsinki but have travel there more than 10 times and 98% of finland citizen in helsinki speaks english and l often travel around the city centre and then to Hämeentie street where so many africa shop and most of thoes shops have africa event for the week but i hope somebody that actually live there will answer your question but you can also check online for more information because in finland most informatio are online in petersburg you have the state museum ,the winter palace ,and you can also take a day trip to moscow to see the famous red square please this is a faceless forum becareful about ur business tranction ..welcome to russia!!

If the person actually purchase the ticket in your name then you should have the ticket code number, each ticket is printed in your name so when you present your passport and the ticket code number at the ticket distrubtion centre am sure tbey will issue you the ticket if the person that created your profile listed you as the main applicant because under the current system is possible a person create a profile to purchase a tixket and additional ticket for friends and family(guest) for the same match if the ticket was purchase under this category then only the main applicant can pick up the ticket becasuse you are just his guest to the match

Use Airbnb or homestay.com. Not sure hotels are still available.
