The viral photos of underage voters at the Kano just concluded LG elections is just a reminiscence of what happened in Borno, Adam's and Yobe states in the 2015 president elections. These troubled states we were told registered and accredited 100% voters. They were mostly kids voter What a shame. This is an eye opener for Southern states because it is what APC will use again to garner votes. All southern states should either do same or guide against its occurrence. Better still The NASS should legalise underage voting. Period

Of course its not new. But it got worse in 2015 election. INEC must look into that seriously.
