ELIGIBILITY/ REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS SOFT LOAN IN SAVEWELL LIVEWELL*

* You must have been a financial associate for *not less than One (1) year with no record of default.*

* You must write an application letter, *stating the purpose of the loan, amount, repayment plan, names of guarantor (s).*

* You must have saved for up to *four (4) months.*

* *You must have guarantors ,who are on the same /above saving plan with you, and who have no record of default payment both in loan and monthly savings. *Note: 1 guarantor if the requested loan is within 100% of your annual contribution on gold package and within 50% on diamond package*. Two (2) guarantors if its *above 100% but not more than 200% on gold package and above 50% on diamond, but not more than 100%.*

* *For you to stand as a guarantor for a borrower, you must not have a running loan*.

* *Note: Not all loan request will be processed , If the risk assessment is conducted and not favourable. please, lets not see it as unfairness or partiality.*


* You can only acess loan twice (2) a year, *one per quarter*.

* All loan repayment must be done *on or before October ending of same year.* *Default will attract an extra 15% service charge which must be paid on or before the ending of november.*

* No acess to loan *from September ending to December of every year,* except those on diamond package with very cogent reason.

* *Associates savers in gold category can only access 200% of their yearly contribution as loan.*

* No access to loan base on friends or family relationships. you must meet up all requirements to have access to SWLW loan.

* All Loan repayment must be within *three (3) * of collection.

* SWLW do not give loan for luxurious buying like car, wedding. Our loan is only to people who have genuine need to start a business, business expansion, school fees bail out, etc.

* Borrower must give *3* months postdated cheques before accessing loan.

* And, if you know you have a running loan with any bank, Dont bother *applying* because we will definitely know through our seasoned banking experts.

* As much as possible, try to live a debt free life.
