We pay 90% of total daily or weekly net income to client account and keep 10% as our service charge

1. Minor maintenance are minute to truck owner for approval before they are done,
2. Monthly services, maintenance, replacement of wheels and tires are all funded by truck owner.
3. Any day the Tipper does not work because of maintenance, its ( NO work NO pay)
4. We collect 10% of net daily sales as wages for management, (if Tipper not on basic or fix delivery )

5. Saturday is a half working day, sales is used for tipper maintenance

NOTE: We buy gas, pay drivers and motor boy and do minor maintenance.

One week is enough ample time to inspect a direct imported tipper, its performance and technical knowhow, as well as to test drive the truck and gain balancing before delivering to clients begins.

M.O.U TIPPER MANAGEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. REGISTRATION: A partnering clients having read through the below condition of service and concluded to Partner should fill an application form “A1” electronically on the website or pick a form from the authorize personnel or any of our office outlets, stating assets of which he has interest from the one company manages and method of payment chosen-either monthly deliver or higher purchase) as best suited.

2. INSURANCE: All assets must be fully insured by clients with a recommended broker before handing over for our management, unless otherwise stated by client.


3. ASSETS GIVEN TO US ON HIGHER PURCHASE :are fully managed by us, we take total responsibly of all repairs, maintenance and replacement of depreciating parts.

4. ASSETS GIVEN TO US ON PERIODIC DELIVER: Maintenance is done from the truck income, and not from another truck income.

5. WORKING/DELIVERY PERIOD: Our tippers work Monday to Friday, and income on Saturday is used for washing and general Maintenance and service, as the office work half day and closes by 2pm .


6. PUBLIC HOLIDAY: We honor public holidays and therefore our Tippers don’t work. This is because our contracting companies that give us requisition of supply don’t work. Therefore, we send at list 24hrs notice to all our investors and Tipper owners of no work no pay.

7. EXEMPTION OF DAYS ON EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: Occasionally, there could be a need for urgent repair or maintenance within working hours as it seldom occurs, and the truck must be park in order to avoid a bigger damage to other parts not yet affected; repairs sometimes might take the whole day, to loose out the affected parts, purchase replacing parts, fixing and coupling, every detail of transaction is made transparent to the client or correspondent.


8. DELIVERS: Investors are paid through bank deposit via agreed account given either weekly or monthly depending on client’s choice and most importantly from the income earned from within the period by same asset in question and no cash will be given to any representative without a written approval from authorized personnel.

9. RENEW OF CONTRACT AGREEMENTS: For periodic deliver only, the contract goes as far as 4years but with 6 month renewal.

10. WITHDRAW OF SERVICE: [/b]If the assets on periodic delivery secure a major repair and the investor does not usually give us quick response or failed to make a proper arrangement for the repairs to be immediately done as --when due.We can revoke our agreement in writing to avoid misunderstanding or the truck been abandon at our tarmac for too long of a time.

11. [b]SECURITY AND SAFETY: All truck are advised to be insured on a comprehensive insurance as we have our company managers oversee the movement of all our Trucks anytime and anywhere within our territory of Ibeju Lekki – Ajah axis only.


12. GUARANTY AND TRUST: We display a true and fair view of our transaction to clients on their assets; we adopt a system where the field truck manager gives daily performance report directly to the client mail as he copies the office, the Company accounts department gives weekly report to the client via weekly mailing.

13. We pay only from income realized from the account of each truck for periodic delivery, therefore, our engineers are on standby to immediately carry out urgent repair and back to finish daily schedules and make sure the trucks are working without any delay.

WORKING FORMAT THAT MAKE US DELIVER

Before the signed date for a new truck to commence work, there are certain home works that must be done for the truck to get regular supply so as to meet up our payment terms, such as:

1. Each Tipper is been given a trained driver, a motor boy, with a manager that manages two Tippers and at list two marketing employee that source for supply.

2. Each Tipper is registered with new construction company in the city for regular supply.


3. Each Tipper is installed with a monitoring AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) software enables reduction of vehicles outage, delivery time, service costs and increase of transportation efficiency. This enable monitoring access from the office to locate our Truck movement if out or within assigned routs.

4. All trucks are insured by with MANSARD INSURANCE PLC Under GT Bank, our partnering bank whom we sign a standing instruction to credit your account monthly.(cost paid by client)

5. Finally all new trucks must be with us at list 2 weeks to undergo a test run and services by our mechanics irrespective of its previous condition and obtain a certify clearance of fitness and also to work and have a market balance to have enough money in account of the truck before standing instruction with the bank to credit investors account.

The above strategies is our secrete of success and place us an edge ahead others, it is therefore compulsory for the token charged in the proposal to be paid along submitting the final part of memorandum of understanding by an investors, at list seven working days ahead of commencement of work, to enable the office put things in place for a new Tipper, without obstructing the program, transaction or deliver of an existing Tippers.
