Please my hp 15 laptop battery is not charging
again, it will indicate plug in but not charging.
But when you plug it in, it will charge and then
stopped charging. Please help me,, I have to do
presentation with it on Thursday. The problem
started on Monday (yesterday) |

Two major things 1.charger may be faulty. Solution Try using a different charger to confirm assertion. 2. Laptop battery is faulty or not lapped in properly(for detachable batteries only) Solution If laptop battery is detachable, detach and fix again else replace with a new battery. Other issues may include a Faulty charging point Corrupt drivers |

I tried using another system to charge my battery,, it charged for a while and then stopped charging. But I have not tried using my system to charge someone's battery |

If both charger and battery are in good condition,the fault might be from mother board. There is a chip called spider chip, or charging IC.only those that work on board will understand |

In my experience, this is caused by spoil battery. So go and buy a new battery (double cell preferred). |
