Hi Programming gurus in the house. I am working on setting up a new Customized Bulk SMS site. I already paid for the hosting with hostgator.com but when my programmer tried to upload the software, he was told he had to upgrade his account to a VPS account. The account upgrade cost quite some. Please what's this root access all about and there better options for me or any way around it? I will appreciate your response
