Common commercial plane which is the safest mode of travel we can't manage it in Nigeria then someone's idea is a sea plane , if you get paid to board it I'll never enter this one. Father in thy hand I commit their spirits.

Good one,
The Pavilion is nice too, this is a huge tourism boost.
I will suggest also recreational boat regatta facilities be provided, while a cascading hotel be built for tourist to Lodge, and Bush bar with intercontinental cousin, while carousels and artificial golf and game arcade can be set up,
Also an aquarium for sight seeing won't be a bad idea, including recreational fishing sports, a spa for massage and relaxation would be nice too, a little historical museum for past events like slave trade, precolonial events, contact with Europeans etc,

Security is key and paramount.
if you get moni(which are the only ppl that can afford to stay in cascading hotel)you go gree go militant central?
