Sometimes these people who says they are men of GOD do things that make you ask which kind of GOD are worshiping. These are the people that are supposed to be setting standards but they are the one who go against the standards.
Is it possible for this man of GOD to reject a donation or tithe from someone who has been reported in church doing yahoo + or scammer.

The pastor should confirm if the money was truly from the 'sheeple' and refund accordingly. Even if the 'sheeple' didn't over pay and is just trying to reverse his tithing, he should get his tithe back. Tithing is a thing of the heart. If it doesn't leave from the alleged "sheeples'" heart then it is void before God.
