I don't understand, what does that mean?

Their minimum height requirement is 5ft 6"inches for men, but I'm only 5ft 5inches.. Don't knw if I would be accepted

Being promoted from Inspector to ASP is the most difficult and lengthy of all the ranks, but after that it will come back to like 4-5 years per rank.
I know many who carried their inspector ranks for above 10 years and only about 2 personso that carried it for less than 6 years.
Besides, there is still quota system when it comes to promotions in Nigerianew police.
