Sexual harassment has always been a problem in the workplace majorly because of the"silence culture" victims of workplace sexual harassment imbibe. Also, a lot of people are not aware that they can seek redress in the court for workplace sexual harassment in Nigeria and has therefore accepted workplace sexual harassment as normal. The #MeToo movement has successfully brought global attention to this problem that has plagued the workplace for decades and employers are left with no choice than to ensure that they are in the "good books" by seeing to it that they provide a work environment that stifles sexual harassment.
