Our Organisation seeks to fill the position of Accounts Assistant as soon as possible

Job description
• Computation of Salaries, benefits, allowances
• Preparation of invoices and following up on receivables
• Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll database
• Preparation of Salary structures
• Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
• Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Sending out of payslips to all employees every month
• Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
• Assisting with recruiting and staffing logistics
• Assisting with employee relations and company employee communication
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the company

Qualification

Applicants;
* Must be a graduate in accounting with a minimum of 2.2
* Must have completed NYSC
* Should not be more than 25 years old.
* Must be smart and ready to learn
* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Must be thorough and Meticulous
* Must be able to resume in March 2018
