A N100,000 scandal is rocking the students' Union Government (SUG) of the Tai Solarin University of Education in Ogun State. The cash was given to the students by Sen.Adebutu Oladidupo alongside with a new transformer to support the students welfare.

Scenario at imaweje as SUG president run away  with the money (100,000) given to the students by Sen. Adebutu Oladidupo. SUG President is no where to be found right now.

The Union Leaders and the students are said to be bickering over who get the "Lion's share" of money 
The cash was given to the students with a transformer as a gift and also a way of campaign against the next governorship election.

” Bamidele Emmanuel (SUG President) wants to corner the money, He wanted to take half of it but, other students obejected” a student said.

The students’ leaders traded words on social media . Students and alumni mmbers tried to resolve the matter to no avail.

The students said it would mobilise students against the Union president . They thretened to expose Bamidele Emmanuel dirty dealing since he assumened office

Olanrewaju said ” Our students’ Union has been used as conduit of personal enrichment and corruption over the years. I think its high time we exposed his dirty deals before the matter gets out of hand

Permit me to start from the last incident, the issue of imaweje Transformer which was donated to us by a philanthropist Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu, it's an achievement on our path but I can see our students are not talking about it instead shouting over a penny given us by this same man. *( it's sardonic seeing that we care more about 100k cash than the Transformer of 4.7m)*

If so be, I will give a clarification on the issue; *Truly* we were given a sum of #100k and as a responsible student Union leader, I'm suppose to keep the Money for a project which will be beneficial to the entire tasuedite but due to the agitation of those present we were forced to distribute the money according to hostels that were on ground. *You can ask for my evidence*

And after that we remove the sum #15k to pay the debt for the installation of the new transformer which cost the community #100k due to our negotiation that our students are not to be charged any amount.
Moreover don't forget to calculate the 6k given to the band team as their wages. And also the union provide a DJ to appreciate the philanthropist.

*Note: Money will surely finish but personality will always last forever.*

Conclusively it's sadden my heart seeing what as being going on amidst the students despite our efforts and transparency but all the same posterity will surely judge us all. Thanks

The SUG President didn't run away with a kobo.. It's all propaganda by people who are still bitter their candidate did not emerge as the Union President! Bamidele Emmanuel, we are solidly behind you!
