Lagos State Declares Wednesday “yoruba Speaking Day” In Schools With All Lessons by anubabab: 11:29am On Mar 07, 2018
The Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has directed all schools in the state to begin all classes in Yoruba on Wednesdays, The Cable reports.

The directive was given to both private and public schools.

The Deputy Governor Idiat Adebule, passed the directive across to Public School principals and head teachers in a meeting, declaring Wednesdays “Yoruba Speaking Day.”

The National Anthem is also to be sung in Yoruba Language, she informed the principals, and Yoruba Language has been made compulsory.

In a nutshell..
Wednesday is the official day for speaking legit "Yoruba Yoruba" language grin

Anybody that speak English or "ede geesi" will be punished..

Olamide songs will rule over the school atmosphere especially Bariga and mushin grin

Kudos Ambode but that Land use charge needs to be expunged...

The only thing the cowards have not been ale to do is to ask of a country of their own.

If this is given... the new coming countries...have their embassies, ports, International airports, banks, international multilateral institutions, oil firms relocate else where...LAGOS will become a ghost town in few years...

Wales is a constituent part of the UK and have
made their schools, road signs, most official documents and the media bilingual in English and Welsh languages.
South Africa's foremost university, the university of Cape Town run most of its programs bilingually.
