It's been months since we've concluded our verifications, yet, we're yet to get any reliable information and/or apology from the NPOWER team.

The NPOWER need to understand that we are all human, we have feelings, and majority of us are suffering from financial depression.

We've had enough of the robotic responses from the NPOWER social network handlers, so, we're calling on the 'Ogas at the top' not just for there help, but there sincere apologies too.

We understand that the NPOWER teams are working tirelessly to get things fixed, to avoid previous mistakes, and make things easier for us, but we need to be carried along all the way. Atleast, it is part of the transparency you promised.

Moreso, the Federal Government (in conjunction with the NPOWER) should understand that they are only fulfiling there promise, so they should stop making it look like they are doing us a favour.
