Nogometni Klub Drava Ptuj (English: Drava Ptuj Football Club), commonly referred to as NK Drava Ptuj or simply Drava, was a Slovenian football club, which played in the town of Ptuj. Named after the Drava river which flows through the town, Drava Ptuj has spent a total of seven season in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, top division of football in Slovenia. The club was dissolved, following the 2010–11 Slovenian Second League when they were unable to obtain competition license issued by the Football Association of Slovenia.

This was the news until 2017 when Dakinda Football for every Home Limited, A Nigerian sport company bought more than half of the club shares. The Club name became Nk Drava Dakinda Ptuj and the passion for the leather game came alive with every match as win win till they got to 2nd on the league table by the end of 2017.

The Nigerian owners have been Slovenia for the past weeks sealing deals and pending contracts and yesterday 8th of March 2018, The former Board was dissolved and a new Board was elected to manage the affairs of the club.

The aftermath of the general meeting held at Primus Ptuj installed the Nigerian Mr Emmanuel Akpakwu as President. He was appointed unanimously by every hand on deck with Mr. Matija Brodnjak as Vice.

The New board for the clubs management now is as followed:

-Vice President & General Director: Matija Brodnjak
-Sport Director: Nastja
-Technical Adviser/Director: Mr. Innocent Oche Adah
-Financial Director: Peter Zajsek
-Coordinator: Jonathan
The club also signed a new kit deal with Erima sport company and this story will come shortly.
