Does It Mean The Youths Are Not Ready For Leadership? by Fmartin(m): 10:27am On Mar 12, 2018 |
We keep clamoring that youths be given a chance to stir the affairs of the nation. What have the youths done so far in terms of trying to wrestle power from the sexagents and septuagents as we are edging closer to the general elections in Nigeria? Aside from media assault and insults, what are the strategies the youths are undertaking to portray their degree of seriousness in their bid to occupy various covetous political seats? Whenever a youthful politician tries to identify their desire to contest for a political office e.g the presidential seat, the youth will be the same category of people who will start singing that the said person lacks popularity. Are elections won by popularity Okay. As the youth seemed not interested in political seats, but only interested in jobs, the septuagenerians who are seemed serious and making their moves and preparation for the forth coming elections, the youths again labelled them as expired politicians. What exactly does the youths want I need your views. Lalasticlala |

Nice post but you won't see them here. All the youths of this country that lack vision and wisdom. The only fight for politicians they don't know, defend Political party they know nothing about. If you had said anything about PDP and APC or Buhari and Igbo Presidency, you'll see them in their numbers, e-warrios Killing themselves over nothing. There's a new Political party that's formed now meant for the youths and by the youths to take over power from these old buffons ruling Nigeria. The Party is ANRP. Those youths that rant upandan on social media should join this great party now or remain cowards forever. |

How can youths take over when the system is already messed up. See Yul Edochie already decamping left and right. You people refuse to address the FUNDAMENTAL problem, which is, the nation is not a REAL nation and instead should have been partitioned a long time ago |
Re: Does It Mean The Youths Are Not Ready For Leadership? by Mboi: 5:28pm On Mar 12, 2018 |
TheKingdom:Yul Edochie came out but no single youth supported him because he doesn't have money to share so he has to join the train. Youths of this nation should come out and join ANRP not doing analysis on social media. |

Mboi: One question we must not cease to ask is: do we just vote for a candidate whether credible or not, just because such is a youth? |
Re: Does It Mean The Youths Are Not Ready For Leadership? by Fmartin(m): 7:40pm On Mar 12, 2018 |
odurombi:CAPITAL NO credibility comes first. |
Re: Does It Mean The Youths Are Not Ready For Leadership? by Mboi: 6:54am On Mar 13, 2018 |
odurombi:What's your yard stick for measuring and determining a credible candidate. All those old men you people worship and vote for, are they credible? Those old men that replace themselves with their son, are their sons not youths? Youths are highly more productive than old men from any angle you may want to look at it so you all should say no to old men. |

Fmartin:Sir, help us throw more light on what you mean by "Credibility comes first". Please site examples with a credible politician in power right now. Thanks. |

Mboi: first of all lets look at what credibility means: credibility is the quality of being trusted and believed in. For example , in 2015 general elections, alot of people where fed up with GEJ due to their diminished trust and believe in him. PMB was believed to be trustworthy with the affairs of the nation, hence, people voted for him massively in the 2015 election. Today, what transpired in the GEJ era is happening again. A lot of people have lost trust and believe in some areas of Buhari's presidency. Eg lies and failed campaign promises like making $ 1 = N 1 instead the ratio of dollar to naira got worst as compare to the previous regimes. But the question is, can we get a credible candidate for the presidential race, either youth or old? |

Which youths? Disenfranchised youths? The remain irrelevant in Nigeria now and always. |
Re: Does It Mean The Youths Are Not Ready For Leadership? by Mboi: 11:57am On Mar 13, 2018 |
Fmartin:If you are looking for who is credible, the system when well organized will induce some level of credibility to people. What makes every system, entity or organization to work well is when you have young and vibrant individuals who are compliant with the trend and modern day technology manning the key positions therein. Old people are no longer innovative, Leadership is a very tedious job that only young men and women are capable of upholding the task and stress involved. |

Mboi: and this still take us back to the main topic. Does the youths work day and night as the old folks are doing right now in the name of consultation and alignments? |
