The Dangers Of An Unrenewed Mind. Part 1 by TANKDESTROYER(m): 8:13am On Mar 16, 2018
Prov 4vs23
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

The mind is one of the most important aspect of our lives. The mind is a world of its own characterized by continuous thoughts and imaginations. It is also the bridge between the spirit and the physical realm. What affects your mind, affects your life and body.
An unguarded mind will lead to an unguarded life. A defeated mind will lead to a defeated life. The state of our minds determines the state of our lives. The mind is like an organism that requires for it to be continually fed in other for it to grow and expand. The quality of information fed to the mind will determine the quality of life that will proceed from one's life.
Success and failure starts and ends in the mind, prosperity and success starts and ends in the mind. The mind was designed to determine the outcome of our lives based on the quality of information given to it.
God has given us the mind to nurture, cultivate and develop. Failure to do this will lead to failure in life.
Prov 23vs7
As man thinketh in is heart so is he.....

It easy to to know the state of a person's mind by listening to the words that comes out of his mouth. The mind is important that God told us to Guard, protect and cultivate it because the quality and totality of a man's life is determined by his mind. This is why the focal point of the devil's attack is the mind, it is our responsibility to value and guard the mind.. if not it becomes the devil's playground.

HOW DO I GUARD MY MIND.
According to the prescription of the manufacturer of our minds we guard our mind primarily by

1) FEEDING IT WITH THE WORD OF GOD.
Rom12vs1-3
.......and be not conformed to this world but be transformed by renewing your mind......

What does it mean to 'renew our mind'? According to the dictionary, to renew means 'to give fresh life or strength to', 'to extend the period of validity'. This is were many Christians miss it. When you became bornagain your spirit was transformed, you received the Holy Spirit, you were also given the mind of Christ, but this mind must be fed and developed before it's potential can be manifested.
Feeding your mind with revelation knowledge of Jesus strengthens your inner man to exercise faith and stand against the deceptive machinations of the enemy. Even Jesus the Messiah who was without sin had to feed His mind with the word. When your minded is loaded with the truth of God's word it forms an impenetrable wall around your mind thereby making it impossible for the devil to feed it with lies.
Jesus Christ demonstrated this when He was in the wilderness and devil came to test Him. We can see from scriptures that Jesus overcame him by reason of His knowledge of the Word of God.

Isaiah 60vs2
For darkness shall cover the earth and Gross darkness over the people....

For you to be able to survive the onslaught of the enemy in this dark times, it is important as a kingdom citizen to give priority to continually renew you mind with the word of God in other to remain afloat in this dispensation.
