Are u trying to say that the NAss have good reason for delaying passage of the budget bill?
If up to me I would write into the constitution that the NAss have 2 weeks to pass the bill otherwise the budget estimates automatically becomes law.
They is really no need for all those long drawn out defences, the NAss usually never improve the budget that is presented to them, all they normally achieve is the wasting of people's time and resources.

That money is change compared to money from committees. MDAs bring national assembly members their real income. It is the poorest members that go home with this amount.
