Where exactly is the land?

The location of the land is behind the proposed Lekki town phase II and shell estate on the Okun-Ajah/Ogombo road. It is a 4 minutes drive from Abraham Adesanya Estate. It could also be assessed from the Alpha beach road. Okun-ajah is another gate way to places like the Eleko beach resort and Free Trade Zone.

The potential of the land within the precinct of Okun-ajah are enormous. If you have a plot there already do not bother selling but if you don't I would advise you buy one now!!! The N6million tag placed on it in my mail above is only being conservative. The moment the Lagos State Govt decides to tarr the road from Alpha beach and also makes good it pronoucement made in the month of April/May this year to develop 10 waterfront schemes, of which Okun-Ajah is among, half a plot may then be sold at 6million.

At the moment some resellers are offering theirs at the price of N4million-N5million. Please note should you decide to buy a waterfront piece of land from any genuine source ensure you maintain a minimum set-back of 150meters to avoid any contravention.
