Nigeria should try the Moses - Musa - Moses (MMM) combination upfront. That will make for a very pacy forward line. Uzoho should play again against Serbia for 90 minutes and Ebuehi should be given 90 minutes

He is the only other fit left footed player we have, just to try him there. Echiejile is struggling with fitness. (Idowu and Aina are right footed)

Shehu Abdulahi was a midfielder, Ndidi and Onazi at various times have played rightback

So Joel as a natural lefty should be tried in that position to see if he can offer something, Joel Obi has no chance in our current midfield, the other players are ahead of him in that position

Even Man City have used Fabian Delph at left back because he is a midfielder who plays with left leg

Man Utd even uses Ashley Young, a midfielder who plays with right leg as left back sometimes

so not sure why you guys are surprised?
