The new Lagos land use charge is an increment of about 400% from the old one, this will make Lagos IGR to increase at the expense of the welfare of the citizens. It is not development. Let me explain basic Economics to GoroTango whatever food the North produces is part of GDP or economic output. It is no different from any other economic output whether it be transportation , movi making or even prostittion.As long as oney is exchanging hands for goods and services it is econoic output.

What we are talking about is not econoic output but CONTRIBUTION to public finances at the FG level .
