A woman was caught on CCTV performing a sex act on a court defendant while a judge reportedly retired to consider his verdict.

Footage from Sovetsky District Court in Rostov-on-Don, Russia shows the unnamed pair sat on chairs next to one another engaged in lewd behaviour.


The video shows the woman leans over to perform a sex act on the man, who is said to be the defendant in the case being heard.

The sexual activity was reportedly performed by the shameless couple in front of at least three witnesses before a court official stopped them.

No one else apart from the official can be seen on camera.

Russian media reported the presiding judge had retired to a separate room to consider his verdict.

The nature of the charge was not reported as was if the man received any punishment

But the defendant was charged with contempt of court, it was reported.

The punishment can lead to a fine of up to 80,000 RUB (£990) or a four-month jail term.

It was not clear whether she too would face charges.
