Diamond Bank, Life Camp Abuja branch has added a new dimension to customer experience. They force customers to sort their N1,000 notes and separate them into clean and dirty notes before they will accept to count the money in their bulk room. The idea is to make people sort money for their ATMs. You can only imagine the chaos this creates. They remained adamant despite the complaints. Is this the norm in all their branches? |
