For such large amount to be deposited into your account, it's either your account is being use for Fraud or the mistake comes from depositor or Cashier.

**My advice**

Wait for 2 days at least or 1 week at most. If this problem comes from bank, I don't see why they won't rectify it before 24 hours. If your account is still active or the money is still there after the given time please start making plan for big money.

** NOTE**:: If you decide to alert your nearest bank, this money might not get to the owner. If those at the bank are corrupt, they might make use of this cute money . My brother, you will still attend court if there is problem in future .

**My advice**

Move this money to another bank and fix it. The interest that comes with this should be yours. And when Casala burst, you can pay that crazy bank and keep your interest. Make sure you spend the money wisely and don't compete with Gee' boys in club..

Money that mistakenly finds its way into your account doesn't belong to you and therefore should be returned or kept untouched to avoid repaying with anus. Some crazy guys are saying they'd spend it or move it to another account to yield interest. Well, you don't have right to move what doesn't belong to you, even the account you operate though may be bearing your name but it statutorily belongs to the bank and govt which has the right to deactivate or initiate penalty on the culprit.

If such happens just contact a very bad good lawyer. First the bank can't withdraw the money without you. If they try it, called CBN alleged the bank have stolen your money, na there wahala start for you and them. They will beg you at last.

I will spend it, if de arrest me I will tell them I have been doing prayer and fasting for 7 days now, my God told me clearly to b expecting a miracle. So I felt its d harvest God promised me. I will even warn them not to attempt to truncate God's work else they will invoke his anger upon themself

As long as the money was sent you through the bank you can not eat it and go free no matter how long it takes. Either you refund or you will go to jail.

You should be aware that all record of transactions from all banks in Nigeria stays forever with CBN.

You can also lay claim to if someone find away into your account and transfer funds to another bank account.

U might be eventually arrested.

The bank can claim that a customer's account was compromised and the money was sent to ur account.

That means u are the number 1 suspect.

Such can not go out without confirmation.The only way is to use internet banking to pull it out.The branch will confirm the source if it is will be wire at any branch and questions will be asked and some documentation to warrant such credit.

It is your private account and not public account therefore you have 100 percent right to spend any money in your account.
In case your bank ask you to refund the money,the bank will have to persuade you to refund it and not apply force.
