What Buhari and most APC leaders choose to ignore is that in leadership, what matters is not merely what you think you did. What you fail to do as and at when due has even more weight.

That's why Presidents of other countries try as much as possible to identify with their citizenry by being physically present, supporting with resources and condemning vices in times of war, disasters and accident. That alone is enough morale booster for the Populace


Anyway, this is Nigeria and not France and the President is Buhari not Emmanuel Macron so what do you expect?
