Tribalism and nepotism in state appointments begin when you opt to support and vote a candidate because he's your tribesman and not because he is merited. Voting is the initial step of instituting a government or an administration.

When the opponent from the supposed "wrong" tribe eventually wins and looks around for allies to entrust with power and responsibilities to serve and safeguard his interests, he ends up with a few or no member of your tribe. Because you all retreated to some tribal camp, owing your allegiance to a tribal demigod.

Powers world over entrust and reward those who worked to put it in place before anybody else. We shall only stop nepotism when we all shun tribal voting in the first place.

The only way to stop tribalism in this country is by disentegation... The tribes don't like each other and that's the bane of our development
It's time for us to tell ourselves the honest truth
Even the op is calling a tribe... The wrong tribe
Someone who was trying to point out the problem and the way forward.... Lol
It's in all us.. No need attacking each other
We dont love each other
Let's go our separate ways

You are campaigning against tribalism but at the same time fanning the fire of tribalism. Please take a stand.
