I guess this is the new trend when evil is about to be perpetrated, the law enforcement agencies will either disappear from the scene or form handicap. In the Dapchi case,the security personel disappeared but in the mace disappearance case,the formed handicapped or probably they also received other from above to STAND STILL. Probably the same people that played out this one might have a hand in the Dapchi case. Over to DSS for investigation |
