I got a job invite from a microfinance bank I applied for in one of the North central states where I did my NYSC, please is there anyone with an idea of what and average Microfinance Bank in Nigeria pay their staff, so I will know if it worth me relocating to the state. Am currently working with a diary company as one of their sales rep of which am paid #25,000.

I Work for LAPO MFB. abuja. d pay is 104k gross but 93k after tax and other deduction. i hv friends in other mfb. tell me the mfb inviting u and i will tell u d amount for entry level staff.

I must be frank with you, sometimes the location decides that. North Central could be kaduna, nassarawa or plateau states in which only a micro finance bank located in kd may be able to pay up to 60k, the rest may start you with 35k to 50k at best.

Don't be blinded or too conscious of the take home pay now rather be concerned with CONTINUITY, GROWTH and FUTURE you have with the company where you work. This is my candid advice!!!

A friend is currently on 250k in Lagos. But I think it depends on the status of the Microfinance, they are not all on the same level. Some in senior mgt earn up-to 700k to 1m per month.

first of all let me start by telling u that micro finance bank is job is not an easy job. They are not like coperate bank where u sit in the banking hall and customers will be coming to meet u to open an account or made deposit.
This one is a daily routine, u will be the one to look for customers and also be the one to go and collect their money on a daily bases.
Now this is how it works the number of customers u got and the volume of cash u collect everyday as a deposit will determined if u will get a pay rise. As their salaries always start with 35,000 to 45,000. Depending on the capacity of the bank
