Please share your specific experience with this seller. I have once bought from him and the laptop is very very clean and still running like new after a year. Only issue I have had is poor battery which is peculiar to that brand of hp, Elitebook.

Between, refurbished laptops should be better than just used laptops.

Refurbished products are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold. They are repaired by the original manufacturer and resold.

Cassette, without prejudice to your bad feeling, the seller is advertising for sale used laptop and not new.

I have picture evidences of the laptop they sold me, when I was unfortunate to open it, you need to see the way the board or whatever had been reworked, several cables, cut and held up with paper tape, yes I know its not a new laptop, but only a wicked person would sell such to someone for sudden or selfish gains, ok I still tried reaching a compromise with them, they won't get back to you, as long as u have made your purchase and you are not calling for a new purchase, suddenly they would all be forming busy, but try reaching them with another number and want to buy something, they suddenly would reply to you, but when this issue came up they suddenly won't get back to you. I can confidently say, if you have quality in mind and you are looking for a long lasting products, u have to look beyond these guys if not, na sorry be your name !!!
