The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter S.N. Onnoghen, who was at the State House earlier today to meet with President @MBuhari has disclosed that he had a discussion with the President on the establishment of Special Courts for Corrupt Cases.

Both the CJN and Buhari are morons.

Only the legislature can enact and give legal back to a special court.
Even after that, such a court would still be vulnerable to strong legal challenges at the supreme Court.
