as a crossriverian i will have to disagree with you...ill say he is thr best governor we've had even though he's tenure was a bit brutal but still it was for the good of the masses... the multi billion naira project which is of cause "tinapa" was all good until he stepped down and imoke and ayade has failed to simply do what is right
