Yes, but you need to add your first school leaving certificate to it to claim 3 or more certificates. It gives more points than PHD.

Good morning guys. Please I am considering doing NTI program. That is I have BSc only, I want to enroll in a teaching program, will the certificate be evaluated by WES and increase my CRS score.

I will advise you to forget about NTI program. The program is usually delayed and their result takes time. why don't you enrol for PGDE @ NOUN. it's faster and more organized. I am currently evaluating my wife PGDE from NTI and its taking forever.
