LOL, I know them, they are not scam, they serve as human resources contractors, they supply technical support to companies that need them.

For example, company A wants some Quality inspector but don't want to recruit directly, so company A will meet Amaiden to supply it some quality inspectors. Amaiden will be the ones paying quality inspector. Company A pays Amaiden.

exactly what I was about to comment on before I saw your comment, I've applied severally for the same position but I never get an invite and I'm experienced in the role I do apply for, looks like their adverts recently are just for formality sake.

. I don't think their jobs are for formality. I have been contacted by them recently. Even did salary negotiations. Just waiting and praying that they call me for resumption.
