The Nigeria's General elections' date was fixed for Saturday, the 16th of February 2019 and it is exactly 291 days to that date. Meanwhile there are indications by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that the distribution of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to newly-registered voters will start this month - May 2018.
