Heroes Of Our Time by ibkn(m): 9:58am On Mar 16, 2007
recently Nasir El Rufai the minister for the FCT and silverbird man of the year made this comment about our generation[1975 and below] not having heroes to look up to. during his youth he had the likes of awolowo, tafewa balewa, azikiwe, and so on to look up to.
the question am asking is that who are the heroes of today's nigeria? my pastor,s wife is of the opinion that her generation[1950's] failed the nation by not giving us any credible person to look up to.
so who can call the heroes of nigeria. people who deserve national honours[not becuase of political or business clout but becuase of thier luarels or thier service to the nation.] people we can look up to and say am so proud to be nigerian yes oh.
