*he gives his players this kind of emotional and physical stability, he hardly embarasses his 'troops' in public.
** he is a guy that treats the 'backbone' of the team -the defence- well, while also giving his 'hands and legs' freedom, coordination, and technicality to attack, thats y they are very strong in defence, excellent in mid field and lethal in attack.

Sorry, i just found out now, chelsea lost - europa league, rma drew - left for atl madrid to finish the job, arsenal lost - cement their place as sixth without any cup.
