Most of our signages and billboards are weak. No government agency to regulate and the structural capability to withstand long peroids of wear and tear. Small breeze like this, and everything comes crashing down. Thank God no passengers were in that bus, it could have been catastrophic. All we know how to do in this country is to collect money. We dont maintain nada in this country. Nepa poles bending too dey fear me... Make disaster no happen. We only act when disaster has happened in this country.
