Hello Nairalanders. For how long are we going to keep silent while firms like Airtel keep making charges on our lines. I loaded #500 naira this morning, only for Airtel to subscribe me to one stupid newspaper service without my consent and charge me. What kind of country is this? Consumers are without protection. Telecommunications companies can make deductions from your account and nothing will happen. I want to fight this. I know #500 is small but this has got to stop. Thank God nairaland has more than 2 million members. At lea8st our voices will be heard. This stealing must stop. AIRTEL, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! Please mods push this to fp. They do that all the time. And when you demand for a refund, they refuse to pay you. NCC is one of the most useless government agency. |
